For one-time purchases, we offer free shipping in France when your cart reaches €40! No need to sell your soul to the devil for shipping costs. You will only have to wait 8 to 10 business days—the time to perfect your crepe recipe. Need to receive your order sooner? No problem! Simply opt for express delivery (5 to 9 business days) at the end of your purchase. Who says patience is a virtue, when you can receive your treasures faster?

For subscription purchases, a flat rate shipping fee of €4 is applied, unless the total amount of the basket, including one-off items and subscriptions, exceeds €100. Yes, even our shipping costs like round numbers! Note that a shipping fee of €4 will be charged for each subscription renewal.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order or would like to exchange an item, please contact us by email at hello@parcamandine.com within 30 days of receipt. We will promptly send you a prepaid return label and inform you of the refund terms. Your happiness is as important to us as a fresh baguette on a Sunday morning! Please note that returns and exchanges are subject to a €5 restocking fee. Because even our shelves need a little love.

Personalization

Personalized items are made especially for you and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. Customizing your order may extend the processing time by two business days. But hey, Rome wasn't built in a day, right?
